why does oil build up on top of my face wash?

i have very oily skin and whenever i massage face wash on my face…oil starts to build up on top of the face wash..why is this?? i find it very disgusting..please help!

Well, it could be two reasons. One, it could be too dry. Two ,It could be too wet. Becasue when seasons changes our skin changes as well. You have to knows to use the right skin lotions. Wash it regulary. It’s good to go to the beauty counter talk to one of the sales represenative about your skins or ask them to test it for you on the skins test machine. Oh yeah, you can try to use face mask to moisture your skin even thought it’s oil beause sometiem it’s becasue too dry then it’s oily.
