What will smooth out a 5 yeard old’s rough skin that no lotion can smooth out?

My niece has very rough skin her mother did not put baby lotion on her. I have tried all lotions I can think of aand nothing worked, Please Help!

I’d suggest you visit a health food store and ask the clerk who works behind the herbal counter what he/she would suggest for a 5 year old.

i know flax-seed and vitamin E is helpful but I’d suggest talking with someone much more knowledgeable than me when it comes to the health of a child
