I am 32yrs M,sometimes i get 2 to3 pimples on my face,and leaves a black spot,How to get rid of the black spot?

Please suggest me some home made remedies or any creams to lighten the black marks on my face….

- Drink lots of water.
- Stop eating oil, butter or fried/fast foods.
- Bath daily and wash your face at least twice a day
- Keep your pillow clean
- DONOT POKE or POP your pimples. That is only reason for these pimples leaving black spots
