You know that skin also deteriorates with age which looks dull and loose when you get old. But if you follow the basic tips for skin care, then you can easily control your aging and will look younger then your actual age. So follow the basics tips and techniques for healthy and attractive skin care before it becomes too late.
Tips for healthy skin:
Balanced Diet:
Skin looks attractive if your inner health is perfect. So eat balanced diet which includes green leafy vegetables, fruits along with sufficient vitamins and minerals.
Hydration:
Drink 6- 8 glasses of water per day as hydration removes toxic material from body and keep your skin moist, soft and refreshed fight against developing wrinkles.
Cleansing & Moisturizing:
-Clean or gently wipe you skin with good cleansing agent
-Avoid strong soaps as this will lead your skin your dry.
-Use apricot scrubber gently as this will remove all dead skin and skin looks fresh.
-Use cotton balls or sponge to clean area around the eyes.
-Wash gently with lukewarm water.
-After washing gently pat your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on the skin.
-Moisturize your skin with an oil or cream.
Sun Protection:
Protect yourself from sun and tanning. By applying good quality sunscreen (30 SPF) will keep your face well protected from UV rays and prevent premature aging.
Exercise:
Keep your body toned by doing regular exercises as it helps to keep the skin elasticity which forbids wrinkles.
Proper Sleep:
Maintain regular sleep pattern as sleep will energize your body and skin will become healthier.
Tips for glowing skin:
- A facemask of egg white and honey gently removes the tan from your face.
- A facemask of Mix oats with honey, yogurt and ground almond gives instant glow.
- Mix cucumber juice with milk and use it instead of a cleanser.
- For oily skin, apply a facemask of grapes, lemon and egg white.
- For good moisturizer use mixture of honey, lemon and vegetable oil.
- For glow apply the mixture of honey and milk on the face.
