Any age or gender…proven by the very old with good skin. Take a shower. While still wet, apply vasaline or generic petroleum jelly to wet skin. Towl dry/pat dry. Put on old clothes or sweats. The vasaline traps the moisture in the skin. Works from severely dry skin to maintainance. Good luck.
