If i use hair removal cream on my upper lip, will the hair grow back longer?

You can barely see hair on my upper lip but im really self contious, so i was just wondering, if you put hair removal cream on it, will it grow back thicker and longer?

no it should grow back finer and less noticable but waxing is much better and longer lasting. you can get small wax strips for quite cheap as well.
