Whip Moisturizer

Whip Moisturizer
Name Brands vs Generic Brands?

what are some things that you (a) only buy name brand and (b) other things that you usually buy generic? For example

A- Coka Cola, Cool Whip, Betty Crocker cake mix, Oreo’s, Dorito’s, Mini Pizza’s (wow, I just realized this is ALL junk food!) Frozen Juice, Milk, Eggs, Cream cheese, and Facial Moisturizer

B- Cheese, Paper towel, Pickles, Bacon, Frozen Veggies, Tomato paste, Mustard… etc

Thank you!
oh yeah! I definetly agree with getting Brand name cereal, peanut butter, Danone yogurt, and Kraft Dinner. To answer your questions, aabc, yep I use Philladelphia cream cheese, and those more expensive eggs that come in a plastic carton with extra omega stuff, rather than the cheaper eggs that come in the white foam cartons. For my facial moisturizer, it’s a ‘Clean and Clear’ one, that both wal-mart and superstore have tried to copy, but the store brands have been thicker and sortof leave a wierd ‘film’ on my face, lol

I always buy generic toilet paper (store-brand-and because it happens to be not only cheaper, but also equal quality as Charmin, and other fancy brands), I mean more expensive brand-name or not, it all ends up in the toilet anyway. Same goes for paper towel, and other things that we consume regularly and alot of and price diff. adds up over time.

And I even compare the generic brands and choose between.

If it’s something that I eat, and like a brand-name I would stick with that. But not before trying the less-known brands.
As an example, I once decided to get a generic hair conditioner, shoud’ve stuck with the brand name I had been using instead. stuff like that. I buy generic once to try, but if don’t like it, I switch back. Or my baby’s Target brand diapers, do the job, at half the price of Pampers.

What’s brand-name and generic for eggs?, Philly cream cheese is the brand-name? as opposed to store-brand or other lesser-known brand? Dove and Olay are brand-names as opposed to Suave?
Even the so called “generic” are a brand, I would call them a store-brand, lesser-known, less-expensive, less-advertised etc brands.

It depends on what’s in the product (if food). if it’s pickles, they’re all the same: water, vinegar, cucumbers. same goes for milk, eggs etc. But if the taste, flavor is more subtle, and I can tell the diffeence between brand and generic I stick with what I like.
