I have a area of Bio Oil on a top?

I’ve ended up with a tiny area of a top having a small stain which I think may be Bio Oil. I did think it was a splash of water, but it never dried so I think it must be Bio Oil which Im using on my forehead for a scar so it must have touched the area where I applied it.

i heard that spray and wash is really good on stains ..i know alot of people that use it..
