Does the Slim Fast Diet really work?
I am over weight by about 10 pounds and I want to try a diet. I exercise a lot and I eat healthy but I still don’t loose weight! I was wondering if the Slim Fast diet works and how long would it take me to loose 10 pounds if I did it? P.S I am a teen and a girl.
I’m not sure about Slim Fast. I tried the free sample container and it lasted for 2 weeks. In the end I ended up gaining weight. I did taste good, maybe it was just more than what I’d normally eat during a meal?
