sealing split ends? would it stop them also?

ive got split ends. an i am going to cut my hair but i want it to grow long also. so if i seal my split ends with a serum temporarily, would i also stop my split ends from splitting even more, for like a month of 2. would it be a good idea? sorry about my english.. if its not understandable i can re-write it. xx
i get them every 2 weeks, my stylist told me not to cut it so much.. lol
but i get lots of split ends & MY STYLIST TOLD ME NOT TO..lol..its because then my hair will be super short. im not looking for ways.. i just wanna know. will it stop my split ends from getting worse

Every 2 weeks?!?!?!

Get it cut a minimum of once a month, and your hair will grow.
A trim will get rid of your split ends.
Use heat protection products on your hair and a good conditioner to try and prevent split ends from forming. But, if you straighten or blow-dry, or comb it, you WILL get split ends.
I find that Aussie’s 3-minute miracle is really great for reducing the appearance of split ends.
