Are Kinoki Foot Pads a scam product?
www.buykinoki.com, supposedly these things remove toxins from the body… if you’ve seen the commercials the stuff is actually visible on the pads after you wear them overnight and as you wear them they absorb less and less as your body gets “cleansed”. I’d like to hear answers from people who’ve tested them.
Of course they are. Heavy metals won’t go through your skin.
If you want to detox just live a healthy lifestyle, plenty of fruit and veges, plenty of water to help your kidneys do thier job, exercise, stretch your muscles, and you’ll even lose weight and feel younger.
If you want to take it a step further and get rid of pain, stiffness, soreness, ect as well get a regular (once a week or so) medical or relaxation massage and drink even more water after that day and the next morning.
I’d pick up some relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation or even calming music to help you from feeling stressed.
