Is 20ml of undiluted pure listerine twice a day too strong for the gums?
So lets say if i will complete it twice a day 7x a week, will it recede my gums because of the strong effect? Should i dilute it with water and do not follow the instruction at the back of the bottle like 10ml water and 10ml of listerine? Does anyone here follow the pure 20ml of listerine or anyone here who mix it with water?thanks!
NEVER overdo with the antiseptic thing. It is great that you want to block germs and smell great. Always use water with this product and you can usually find positive results. In other words, you can go full strength, but you must rinse your mouth out vigorously right after you do this. I wish you much success. Peace!!!
