which carrier oil to mix with pure essential oil????

I have a few mixtures. some are from aromatherapy that was sold with a fan to distribute it throughout the room. the other requires some oil to dilute it. I have canola oil at home. is that allright or do i need something special.?

canola isn’t really a good one….I wouldn’t say its that bad..but there are much much better ones. I like jojoba oil the best. sweet almond oil is very nice too. it depends what you’re using it for though….on your skin (face) if you have oily skin, then opt for grapeseed oil or jojoba, but if you have dry then avocado, or coconut oil would be great. for a full body application, olive oil is very nice. this is a good website that has loads of base/carrier oilss that gives a brief description of what they’re for.
