What is the best solution for arthritis pain?
My doctor gave me Tramadol, but it makes me sleep and I need to work! any other suggestions? are there no -sleepy pain killers or anti-inflamatories that work for it? and alternative or natural recipes your may suggest? Just going upstairs in my house is a torture!
There are two supplements you can try. The first is omega 3 fatty acids.
The second is Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO). This is the one that has done the best for me but I now take omega 3 for my heart. Here is some information about both.
You do not want to buy Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO) from over seas. The vast majority of manufactures are here in the USA because this is where it is first developed. I get mine from vitacost.com because they have it for under 15 dollars.
