Is it possible to swap out a laptop’s dedicated graphics card?

Heya,
I have an ASUS M51VR. In it, is an ATi Mobility Radeon HD 3470. Nearly number 90 in the benchmark list of laptop graphics cards. It’s pretty average and I am wondering if I could swap out this dedicated graphics card or another video card.
