Is there an adhesive that can be applied to fabric, removed and reused at least a few times?

I am wanting to make a name patch that can be stuck on the shirt and removed without harming the fabric. It must be sturdy though.

Collins Wash A Way Wonder Tape is a 1/4″ wide double stick tape used for basting fabrics together prior to stitching (I let beginners use it for such jobs as basting in a zipper in a fleece jacket before sewing). It dissolves in the wash, and holds well until it dissolves.
