Does Tiger Balm work for sore muscles? Any other suggestions?
I have been exercising more intensely lately and have been getting really bad muscle pain the next day. I don’t want to just pop painkillers all day, and i remember that some of my friends who did track in HS liked Tiger Balm. Does it work, or does anyone have any other ideas?
Yes, there is Tiger Balm, Ice Hot, Heat, Aspercreme to name a few. I use Aspercream as it has no smell and it actually works for my wife and I.
The other thing you can do is cut back a little on your exercising that part of your body that is sore the next day. You have strain the muscles a little more then you should have and your body needs a day or two to rest and repair the area. You can work on that part of the body every other day in your exercise routine.
These muscle creams are very good. As most of them are menthol only . Read the label and try some different ones and then you will know which ones work the best for you.
