i spike my hair every day and i was wondering wether to spike it up at night with vitamin wax for hair i got?

it sounds stupid but people say vitamins for your hair lead to healthy scalp and everything and the wax thing has vitamins in it . Its called systeme pro vitamin styling wax and has pro vitamin b5 in it. Any info about that? Thanks
