This time it’s unplugged and totally private. If you run out of words, turn the page into a visual journal and sketch, paint or make a collage from magazine clippings.

Then you can meditate. It’s a good way to calm the mind and turn off all the mental noise in your head. You do not even have to follow a formal meditation technique. Just breathing deeply and consciously from the diaphragm while seated or lying in a comfortable position will be a start. It will help to be in a dimly lit and quiet room with soothing music in the background.
