I’m 30 had a hard life, how can i handle the fact that I’m prematurely aging? dark lines under my eyes, plus
i have imperfections i have to deal with such as two missing teeth, at the front bottom row, a gap…plus i feel ugly to. im incredablly vain and a perfectionist to…..everytime i look in the mirror the mental image doesnt match the physicall one….what is most concerning me is the dark hagard looking lines under my eyes and texture of my skin, im balding badly..
i just dont look the part anymore….
does any other guy worry for this? how do you cope with it?
I’d be figuring out how I could save some cash to have my missing teeth replaced with a partial. As for the texture of your skin, consider looking into products that will improve your skin. There are products for men that will help with your skin. If you smoke, quit! Smoking is bad for the complexion. Take vitamins, get lots of fresh air and eating a balanced diet will help make you look and feel better. If your hair bothers you, consider shaving your head. Lots of guys are sporting a completely bald head. As for your hard life – look forward and embrace each day with a positive confidence that you are worth something and go make it a great day. Life is truly about choices. The more “good” choices you make the better life will seem. I wish the best!
