reactive skin?

hi, i have extremely reactive skin on my face. whenever I apply moisturisers it goes very red immediately. why is this? and is there a good skin care range I can use.
Ive tried, Simple, Nivea Sensitive, Virgin Vie, Decleor Harmonie etc.
