What’s better, Foundation brushes or sponges?

Ok, so I have a dilemma. I just bought a foundation that has no applicator whatsoever(lancome absolue makeup), and I hear that foundation brushes are the way to go. But doesn’t a foundation brush give you a light-coverage look. My skin is horrible right now and I need FULL coverage. can you achieve that with a Foundation brush? Will it take up more time?…Or am I better off using the sponges, coverage-wise? Also, What brush, if any, do you guys recommend and any pointers on how to use them?? HELP!! Thanx everyone!

i recommend sponges if your looking for light coverage, it also helps with the fact that you can dispose of them so there’s no bacteria. but brushes are great for full coverage but they require constant washing and maintenance. a clean finger tip is your best bet. use a tapping motion to apply it firmly in place, dont rub it in like lotion it causes streaks. then apply a light translucent powder to set it and your good for the day. hope it helps, good luck!
