Recommended moisturizing lotion for sensitive skin?

my cousin is 14 years old, and her birthday is coming up soon. I want to get her a kit that can help her with her sensitive skin. she has blemish on her face, and i want to get her a really good cleanser ,moisture lotion , maybe even both [?] we’re both kinda new to the whole skin routine, we use Neutrogena® Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Anti-Blemish Cleanser , and Clepatile lotion , and sometimes aveeno lotion, please help? her bday is in 3 weeks =)
