First eye cream?
I am 23 and think i should start using an eye product as have a couple of lines under my lower lashes, I have heard prescriptives super line preventor is pretty good?
i already use cleanser, toner and moisturiser (my skin is dry)

You are doing so right doing the regime you already are, at 23 it is probably a really good age to start using an eye cream, they make the skin supple and help stop anymore appearing.
If you are that concious of it i do body shop and they do a fantastic line minimiser which helps reduce the appearance of fine lines,it has light defusing particles in it.
The product you talk about i have not heard of, if you are in America thats why i am in uk.
