which one is the best amongst pond’s age miracle, olay and recova???

has anybody used any of them?? did u find any difference? are they really effective?please suggest which one of them is a better option or is there any other cream better than these for light skin wrinkles..

This is one question which I hate to answer because many people would say Im stupid, however, Im a Pharmacist and my final project was in skin problems so l will try and answer for you. First of all, you need to realise that these creams that claim to have high levels of Vitamin E and Zinc, Co Enzyme QE etc are all fake. Simply put, these vitamins and minerals are not absorbed through the skin, they are absorbed through the gut. This will sound weird but a normal moisturising cream will prevent wrinkles etc even Tesco or Asda’s own brand. The reason for wrinkles is that over time the skin loses its elasticity and becomes saggy. You need to keep the skin moisturised and healthy, this will help with wrinkles and other skin problems. You also need to follow these points, a friend of mine who is a dietitian told me that she gets annoyed with people spending lots of money on creams but dont do the basics, drinks at least 6 glasses of water a day concentrate on the inside, fresh fruit and veg, oily fish, nuts, all these things will give you high levels of vitamins and minerals and the things required for healthy skin. I hope this helps. This is much more cost effective than expensive rip off creams, Olay, Ponds etc
