Now as we all have different hair types, therefore, we should be cautious about choosing their shampoo. As for example, oily hair needs mild shampoo where as egg shampoo is very good for dry hair. If the hair is too oily, add lemon juice in Luke warm water and rinse off the hair.

Shampooing can be done regularly (ideally every alternative day) as it is required to keep your hair clean and healthy. Before shampooing we should prepare our hair by combing with a wide toothed comb to remove tangles, and the water should be of comfortable temperature so that the hair may not feel any stress while shampooing. Now wet the hair and apply the shampoo on your hair and scalp by taking it in your hand (and do not apply directly on your head). Now massage your hair and scalp gently in rotating and circular motion. After that rinse off the hair thoroughly with water so that no dirt or shampoo is left behind. There is no need to leather twice if you shampoo regularly.

Now comes the role of conditioner. A conditioner is to the hair what a moisturizer is to the skin. It gives shine and bounce to the hair and supplies the natural oil required for your hair. Proper conditioning is required every day with shampooing or else the shampoo may dry up your hair and make it rough. Coconut oil is also helpful for the hair. It supplies some natural proteins to the hair. It is very helpful in dandruff control. No doubt coconut oil is a bit greasy and leaves a sticky effect but still it is very helpful for the growth and health of your hair.
