HELP! I have reddness and scabbing around my nose that won’t go away!! Can anyone help?

I am a 37 year old female with reddness and scabbing around my nose. For no apparent reason, it just started about 1 month ago. It won’t go away. I use sensitive skin cream wash on my face and lotion. I have used Neosporin, Burt’s Bees Wax, Estee Lauder Idealist, Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair, and Clinique Advanced Stop Signs. NOTHING is healing this annoyance!!! It looks awful, especially when I put my makeup on. I try not to put alot of powder because that just makes it look worse.

I could be a bacterial skin infection called impetigo . It’s common on that area. Neosporin will help heal it. If it doesn’t go away soon, see your doctor. It will spread and is contagious. Even it it’s not impetigo, Neosporin may still help clear it up.
